Review your setup

Your wallet stays yours

Your main wallet approves access and changes. Its seed phrase and private key never go to Icarus.

The server handles execution

Icarus manages a dedicated Agent key to sign authorized trades. You do not need an open browser for each order.

Know what each control does

Pausing and closing positions are separate actions. Your workspace shows the controls relevant to your current state.

Before you start

A few things
worth understanding.

What is Classic Flow?

It is an automated perpetual trading strategy on Aftermath. Your Account places maker orders; when an order fills, your Vault is used for an offsetting hedge. The aim is to manage exposure across the two sides. Execution delays and price differences can leave temporary exposure.

How much do I need to start?

The amount depends on your approved settings and existing balances. Both the Account and Vault need collateral, and the Agent needs SUI for gas. The workspace calculates the missing amounts before you sign. Collateral and safety buffers are not a subscription fee.

Is a hedged strategy risk-free?

No. Fees, funding payments, slippage, liquidation and delayed or failed hedges can cause losses. Offsetting positions do not guarantee a profit or eliminate exposure. Review the strategy and use amounts you can afford to risk.

Who controls the keys?

You keep the keys to your main wallet. Icarus holds a separate Agent key on the server to execute trades under the access you approve. Your main wallet is used to approve permissions and changes, or revoke access.

Does pausing close my positions?

No. Pause is a control for trading activity; it is not confirmation that existing orders or positions have been closed. Review your current exposure and use the separate close-position flow when needed.

How does One-Click Trading (1CT) work?

Approve trading access and your strategy settings, then start when funding checks pass. The server Agent handles later orders without a wallet prompt for each trade. Initial setup can require more than one approval. You can return to the workspace to check status or change settings.

Understand the flow.
Then make it yours.

Your next step is a guided setup, with amounts and permissions to review.
